Obtaining an Amendment to a Planning Permit and Endorsed Plans for a Six Storey Mixed Use Development

Terrain Consulting Group is pleased to have assisted our client in obtaining an amendment to a planning permit and endorsed plans for a six storey mixed use development in Preston containing three basement levels of car parking, commercial spaces, 30 dwellings and a recreational rooftop. Our office provided advice regarding the proposed changes to the design, prepared a town planning report, managed the application throughout the planning process and organised the endorsement of the plans. Our client is now one step closer to developing on this site.
