Proposal – Construction of a five storey mixed use building comprising a food and drink premises (café) and 37 apartments.
Our role – Pre-application advice, preparation of town planning report, on-going services and lodgement at Council, preparation and representation at VCAT.
Architect – Clarke Hopkins Clarke
Outcome – Planning Permit MPS/2014/946 was issued via mediation at VCAT on 15 September 2015 pursuant to Section 79 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 for VCAT to review Council’s failure to make a decision on the application within the prescribed time.
Various other amendments have been prepared and lodged to Council since the planning permit was issued.
