Proposal – Construction of a five storey mixed use building comprising a food and drink premises (café) and 37 apartments.
Our role – Pre-application advice, preparation of town planning report, on-going services and lodgement at Council, preparation and representation at VCAT.

Outcome – A planning permit was issued.
A planning permit was issued via mediation at VCAT pursuant to Section 79 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 for VCAT to review Council’s failure to make a decision on the application within the prescribed time.
Various other amendments have been prepared and lodged to Council since the planning permit was issued. The development has now been completed and occupied.
