Proposal – Construction of a five storey mixed use building comprising a food and drink premises (café) and 37 apartments.
Our role – Pre-application advice, preparation of town planning report, on-going services and lodgement at Council, preparation and representation at VCAT.

Outcome – Planning Permit MV/278/2017 was issued by Moonee Valley City Council on 12 June 2018 subject to conditions including the deletion of one storey (making it a four storey building).
