Outcome – Planning Permit MV/433/2016 was issued by Moonee Valley Council on 8 August 2017 subject to conditions including the deletion of one storey (making it an 8 storey building).
Terrain then applied to VCAT to contest this condition.
On 6 March 2018, VCAT directed Council to issue a modified planning permit which deleted the condition requiring the deletion of one storey.
