Outcome – On 16 February 2018, Terrain lodged a request pursuant to Section 79 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 for VCAT to review Council’s failure to make a decision on the application within the prescribed time. 

 A consent order was agreed between Boroondara City Council and residents which resulted in minor changes to the proposal.

Subsequently, Planning Permit PP17/01122 was issued by Boroondara City Council on 12 July 2018.
