Our office has recently obtained a planning permit via VCAT for a three-storey student accommodation building within walking distance of Monash University in Clayton. Terrain Consulting Group was engaged to represent the applicant at VCAT. Our office collaborated with the designer and called witnesses (traffic consultant and landscape architect) with successfully outcome via the Tribunal. We look forward to seeing this site be developed into student accommodation.
