Our office has obtained a town planning permit for two double storey dwellings and three triple storey dwellings over two adjoining lots in Northcote. The application was originally refused by Council and Terrain Consulting Group was engaged to review Council’s decision, prepare all documentation for VCAT lodgement, serve and distribute documents to the appropriate parties and represent the applicant at the VCAT hearing. With our experience, we were able to reverse Council’s decision and obtain a planning permit for the applicant. We look forward to seeing this development being built in the near future.
