Terrain Consulting Group in collaboration with Barker Monahan have obtained a planning permit and endorsed plans to facilitate a staged 72 lot subdivision in Yea. Our Town Planners conducted an initial investigation of the site and the Murrindindi Planning Scheme and organised meetings with Council and the land surveyors at Barker Monahan to identify the best subdivision layout which can be supported under the current Development Plan Overlay which affects the site. Our office was in charge of preparing the subdivision concept plan and guidelines to facilitate the proposed subdivision, liaison with the Council officers, client and external consultants, the preparation of the plan of subdivision and the associated Town Planning report and the lodgement and management throughout the Council process.
