Our office has had the pleasure to assist our client successfully receive endorsed plans via the condition 1 planning process and a secondary consent for an apartment building comprising of 15 luxury dwellings in Hawthorn. This role required our office to collaborate with other industry professionals to manage and review multiple consultant reports and plans including waste management plans, tree management plans, soil reports and traffic documentation to ensure that all relevant documents were submitted to Council and addressed the required items in the planning permit for a smoother lodgement process.
